Jessica Pons is an Argentine-American photographer and filmmaker from Los Angeles, raised between LA and Buenos Aires. Moving back and forth shaped her early curiosity, inspiring her interest in memory, place, identity, and the ways family history and personal narratives shape who we become.
Her photography has been commissioned by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post, alongside a wide range of editorial and commercial clients.
Beyond photography, Jessica also ventures into other storytelling formats. Her short film Paper Boats won Best First Film at DOC LA International Film Festival, and she produced a long-form episode for NPR’s Latino USA exploring Argentina’s history of resilience through tango.
Available for hire anywhere. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Currently in Los Angeles, CA.
