Dr. Fisher, 84, is proactive in seeking technological solutions to what she calls the ‘mundane day-to-day tasks’ of living. “You should think about design for aging early on before you age. How can you do that if you don't have the aged involved?” In 2016 she joined a course at the Design Center at the Public Health Institute3 which focused on design for the aged.
